​The Low Ropes courses generally consist of fixed or moveable obstacles that are no more than 6 feet off the ground and require no special safety equipment outside of spotting.  

Low ropes courses allow participants to engage in activities that may take the individuals out of their normal comfort zone while challenging them to complete a predetermined goal. They learn to deal with intra and inter personal issues in a more intense and challenging environment.

Low ropes skills can challenge participants in fun, challenging and unusual ways, while providing the participant/group the experience of team building.
